Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Magenta Crown, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains the conditions under which orders may be cancelled and refunds may be issued.
Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before the order has been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has entered the shipping process or has been handed over to a logistics partner, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Cancellation requests can be submitted through customer support with the relevant order details.
When Refunds Are Issued
Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:
- Order cancelled before dispatch.
- Product unavailable after order placement.
- Duplicate payment made by mistake.
- Incorrect product delivered.
- Damaged product received.
- Approved return or exchange request where replacement is unavailable.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment source used during checkout whenever possible.
For payments made through Razorpay-supported methods:
- UPI: Typically 3–5 business days
- Credit Cards: Typically 5–10 business days
- Debit Cards: Typically 5–10 business days
- Net Banking: Typically 5–10 business days
Actual timelines depend on the customer's bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refund requests may not be approved for:
- Products showing signs of use.
- Missing tags or packaging.
- Requests submitted outside the eligible period.
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling.
- Minor color variations due to screen settings.
Fraud Prevention
Magenta Crown reserves the right to investigate unusual refund activity and may refuse refund requests where fraudulent or abusive behavior is suspected.
Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are initiated promptly. Customers will receive confirmation once processing has begun.
